๐ Your Mission
Own our executive performance narrative and decision cadence hands-on: deliver high-quality weekly/monthly reports for C-level and investors, craft decision-ready business cases/models, and track market/competitor dynamics. Synthesize inputs from Product, Marketing, Finance analysts/leads into clear executive narratives - what changed, why, implications, next steps. Drive prep and storyline quality for company reviews, board meetings, and investor decks with rigorous analysis and crisp communication.
๐ฏ Your Tasks & Responsibilities
Own weekly exec performance packs: Plan/Actual/Forecast, KPI shifts, drivers, risks, and actions.
Lead monthly company reviews: agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups.
Manage board/advisory meetings: pre-reads, storylines, KPIs, decisions; track outcomes.
Drive C-level reporting: daily briefs, weekly packs, investor/board materials.
Conduct daily anomaly triage: flag critical issues, drivers, and actions (no deep dives).
Run weekly synthesis with analysts/leads: align inputs into exec storylines.
Build strategic business cases/models: sizing, scenarios, ROI, risks, milestones.
Deliver market/competitor intelligence: integrate into planning and cases.
Craft investor-grade presentations: storylines, data, visuals.
Maintain exec templates, KPI definitions, and decision logs (single source of truth).
Coordinate data accuracy/reproducibility with Analytics Engineering/domain owners.
Document processes/templates/logs (AI-assisted; prioritize clarity/correctness).
๐ Your Key Competencies
Must-have
Strong analytics: SQL, spreadsheets; data-to-insights translation.
Cross-functional KPI mastery: funnels/cohorts/retention, marketing efficiency, unit economics, finance basics.
Forecasting literacy: Build/maintain Plan/Actual/Forecast; explain deltas.
Business cases building: ROI, scenarios, sensitivity, assumption rigor.
Executive communication: Investor/board decks & pre-reads (storyline, charts, visuals).
Strong Stakeholder synthesis: Inputs to coherent exec narratives.
Nice-to-have
Python for analysis/automation; familiarity with modern data stacks/warehouses
Exposure to MMM/incrementality concepts (not the owner of interpretation rules)
Market intelligence processes/tooling experience

๐ Your Background โ Education & Experience
7โ10+ years Big 4 consulting (Strategy/Deal Advisory/Performance Improvement/Analytics/CFO Advisory) with C-level/board deliverables (weekly packs, pre-reads, investor decks, business cases).
Senior IC (Senior Manager equiv.): hands-on focus, no people leadership needed.
Proven ownership of weekly cadences (Plan/Actual/Forecast) and board/investor prep/follow-up (decisions, minutes, actions).
Degree in Business Admin, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Stats, or equivalent quantitative field.
